The shipping took a while, about 15 days for them to program and assemble the item, then it took another 10 days to get from Honk Kong to America, which is to be expected. But for the work they did the shipping is no trouble at all, it works perfectly, just like factory. All factory controls remain the same, heated cooler seats etc. If you opt to buy the wireless CarPlay/android auto, it is not built in like in some newer cars, they give you a Bluetooth box with your radio that you plug in that allows you to wirelessly connect. But the connection speed is great, and hardly any delay. It did not come with instillation instructions, but there are plenty on YouTube that are exactly the same. Overall the product is great and was well worth the wait!

I don’t know what to think about it because I haven’t received it yet

My 2018 Mustang GT radio suddenly went black one day and I tried everything under the sun to fix it. Soft reset, hard reset, updating with the Cyanlabs fix through a USB, etc. The screen itself still worked because the back up camera would display and the mustang logo came up when I started the car but the sync portion was completely dead. I ultimately determined the computer itself went bad. After reading other people who had a similar issue, knew I didn’t want to go to the dealer due to the anticipated cost. I took a shot and ordered from this website after reading other positive reviews. I think the replacement came from China which is fine and the price was very reasonable in my opinion. Shipping was a little inconsistent. It was supposed to come May 5th or 6th and ultimately showed up 10 days after that, for a total of about 2 1/2 weeks to arrive. Just an FYI, there are no instructions in the box which makes sense given the replacement probably fits multiple models. Install was relatively easy with a YouTube video. Just a lot of removing dash pieces, bolts, and plugs. And the biggest reason I’m writing this review.. IT WORKED. The problem is completely fixed. Sync is back and I can finally listen to music again. The replacement boots up fast and had the newest version of sync loaded. I’m extremely satisfied with the purchase and thankful I didn’t have to take it to Ford to resolve the problem. If you’re on the fence, do it! I’d use this company again if I ever need to. Cheers!

Part definitely looked refurbished, but easy install and works great!

I upgraded from sync1 to sync 3 radio. Ordering was easy...the couple of questions I had were answered in a timely manner. Love the upgrade

I have done full audio builds to basic speaker swaps and this was really super easy to do. The hardest part was they don't include any instructions so I went to YouTube and found how to do it. After that figuring out how to remove the connecting pins was about the only thing that gave me a problem. It took me maybe 30 minutes and powered up perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone that over the sync2.

Was great fit and works perfectly literally a couple wire to plug in and bam highly suggest this product definitely the top replacement screen in the market.

My radio was on the way out and would only work periodically. I ordered the new APIM through intelligent1tech, installed it on my own, and it works perfectly. Highly recommended if you are having an issue with the Sync 3 and it won’t update.. this one asked for my VIN up front so it was preprogrammed and is updated to Sync 3.4. Thank You!!!

I recently purchased the updated for my 2016 F150 Sync 3. And I went from a 3.0 to an 3.4 and it made a huge improvement on my Sync System. And I also purchased the new USB Hub. So I would get AppleCar play. And once I downloaded the new software. And install the new Hub. Everything works like factory. Very simple and easy to install both items. The tech support was outstanding. Would recommend to my family and friends.

Installed this in 10 minutes in our Explorer to fix the known problem with the radio/screen not working. Worked perfectly and now have everything back to normal as it should be! Pleased with the price compared to other sites and fast shipping.
