I recently purchased the updated for my 2016 F150 Sync 3. And I went from a 3.0 to an 3.4 and it made a huge improvement on my Sync System. And I also purchased the new USB Hub. So I would get AppleCar play. And once I downloaded the new software. And install the new Hub. Everything works like factory. Very simple and easy to install both items. The tech support was outstanding. Would recommend to my family and friends.

Installed this in 10 minutes in our Explorer to fix the known problem with the radio/screen not working. Worked perfectly and now have everything back to normal as it should be! Pleased with the price compared to other sites and fast shipping.

Took ~20 minutes to install on 2016 Escape Titanium. Nothing complicated or scary. Highly recommend.

Tools needed:
-plastic pry bar
-7mm nut driver
-Phillips head screwdriver
-Flat head screwdriver

Total cost $1,600 LESS than what Ford Dealership wanted to charge me (they also quoted me a full 3 hours of labor)

I ordered this to replace the garbage Phoenix Automotive sold me. This product is quality, works as described, was super easy to install and hasn’t disappointed me yet. Definitely recommend this company and its product.

My original 2018 Ford Fusion APIM refused to update with WiFi and with a usb update. After doing a usb update it slowly started to crash until finally it went black. Multiple dealerships wanted to charge ridiculous prices up to around $1400 to install. Some wanted to charge $250 up front to do a “diagnostic” check. I found this website, was reluctant at first but decided to order the part and do it myself after looking at videos online. The part was ordered and delivered all within a week. They responded to my emails and were helpful. The part was relatively easy to install and is working just fine. Definitely recommend. Important thing to remember is to know what you’re ordering as I see many fail to do that. Great job!

Worked like a charm . Took less than half an hour . Tried the ford website first ; after multiple attempts and multiple downloads and multiple error messages ; I gave up on them . Tried you folks and it worked right the first time .

Just what the internet was intended for! The dealership wants money just to diagnose the problem (while holding my truck for 2 days, which I’d have to rent a car, which is more more money), then they’d charge for the part and charge for the install. I probably saved myself around $2k.
The device came before you said it would. Took me 30minutes to install. Turned my truck on, and the radio started up!!!! Never been more happier!

2015 FORD F150 SYNC2 TO SYNC 3 UPGRADE FOR MYFORD TOUCH SYNC2

Arrived quickly. Was plug and play. With the help of a Youtube tutorial super easy to install. So happy to have my screen and radio back for a fraction of the cost this would have been at the dealership. 10/10 recommend.

The ford Sync 3 APIM for 2017 Fusion worked great. Web site was informative and order process was fairly easy and straight forward. I received APIM about 10-12 days after ordering. Installation was fairly easy and took about an hour because I was going slow not to damage trim removal. APIM is working like a champ. Thank you

This worked like a charm. My SYNC system was outdated and I could not get Apple CarPlay to work at all. This did the trick right away and made it look a lot better. Only downside was it took awhile to arrive.
