Great Product, extremely poor instructions

The product is great once installed! No complains here in that regard.
However, I was just about to request a refund and send back the package because the instructions of how to install it were so poorly presented. They sent me a USB (with the package) with several PDF’s in no particular order, and most of that info was worthless. There was not a step by step manual for the installation. I requested the steps and I was referred to a video on YouTube of another vehicle! My car is a Lincoln MKC and I was referred to a Lincoln MKX, the central panel is not the same and I had to figured it out almost everything by myself. I also received no brackets for the installation of the unit so had to use the ones from the original unit, and the holes didn’t match, which meant the screen wasn’t centered in the bezel. The company send me the brackets and that delayed the installation but I couldn’t use the vehicle in several days because you can’t finish the job without the correct brackets.
So all and all, was it worth it? Yes!
However, they should send detailed instructions because this install is not for beginners, I’m somehow used to swap car stereos but not everyone is.
