Great upgrade

This is definitely what I was looking for, thank you so much for your support with my update.

Still missing the radio bezel

I am going on three weeks, multiple emails, and still no radio bezel. I did receive all the other parts but no bezel. All of the responses say that the item has been shipped and that they will follow up with the tracking information. The last email I sent demanded the tracking information, and then all of the emails stopped. Curious if they will allow this post to be placed on their site.

What an amazing difference this upgrade has made for my 2019 Ranger

First, the ordering process was super simple. Secondly, the module and new bezel arrived in a very reasonable time frame. The installation was actually very easy and only took me about 40 minutes. Once installed it booted right up and was working very well with one small exception. The new bezel enabled me to have single zone automatic climate control but it was not enabled on the Sync screen. William was quick to login to my Forscan and update the software on the unit. Now I have digital control over my climate system. I am so very very happy and hope that my experience helps others to decide to conduct business with this company. Very well done and thank you very much!

Works flawlessly

I purchased the system and it took about a week to arrive. Install took me approximately 30 minutes. All Plug & Play. Only thing I didn’t like was it didn’t have the climate control activated for on screen use. I reached out to them and they remotely logged into my Froscan to activate it for me. Over all I got everything I wanted support was in point and I waited for it to go on sale to buy it. I would definitely recommend this to someone else. Then you Vency and William in support.

Works great

It works great easy to do. But had scratches and riodio was dented. Was sent wrong part but correct part was sent out right a way. Sent email and was never communicated back that part was sent to me.

Will this kit fit my vehicle?

It fits the models and years on this page that have the factory 4" SYNC 1 screen. Have the 8" MyFord Touch (SYNC 2)? You need our SYNC 2 to SYNC 3 kit. No screen at all (radio only)? Send us your VIN before ordering.

How hard is the installation?

Moderate, about 2–3 hours: you swap the dash bezel and use the plug-in conversion harness. Some vehicles need a short online programming session to enable Bluetooth audio; the OBD2 programming tool ships with the kit and we help remotely.

Will I get SiriusXM?

If your vehicle already has SiriusXM, it keeps working. If not, SYNC 3 alone won't add it: SiriusXM runs in the ACM (audio control module), so you need a SiriusXM-capable ACM (sold separately) and a SiriusXM subscription.

You can return unused items in the original packaging within 30 days. Because our products are set up for your vehicle, a processing fee (usually 30% of the order) applies if a non-defective order is cancelled after it ships. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
