Perfect

I upgraded to the tesla style screen in my 2015 Ford F250 with sync 2. It looks cool, but there are some limitations that I just couldnt get over. I removed it and replaced with this. Upgrading to sync 3 and having carplay is perfect for my needs. It seemless and much more modern. I recommend if you are considering. No issues. Easy install.

I have a 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty with the Sync 2 touchscreen. The “touch” quit working so many of the features became inoperable. I purchased this new module with Sync 3 and included wireless CarPlay. Install was very simple and now all features operate properly.

Will this kit fit my vehicle?

It fits the models and years on this page that have the factory 8" MyFord Touch / MyLincoln Touch (SYNC 2) screen. Have the small 4" screen? You need our 4" to 8" SYNC 1 to SYNC 3 conversion kit. Not sure? Send us your VIN and a photo of your radio screen.

How hard is the installation?

Easy, about 1 hour. It's plug & play with no cutting or splicing. Trim removal tools and a step-by-step install video are included.

Which screen comes with the kit?

A genuine Ford 8.46" or 8.0" capacitive touchscreen. Both work the same with SYNC 3 (CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation, backup camera). Supply of the newer, slimmer 8.46" screen varies, so we ship whichever is in stock (if this page has a screen option, you choose).

Does it add Apple CarPlay and Android Auto?

Yes: wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, with genuine Ford SYNC 3 v3.4 software. For wireless, choose the optional USB adapter dongle.

Will I keep my factory features?

Yes. You keep the backup camera, steering wheel controls, climate controls, heated/cooled seats, SiriusXM (if equipped) and future Ford SYNC updates by USB or Wi-Fi.

What can't the kit add?

It can't add SYNC Connect/FordPass, and manual climate control can't become automatic.

Does it have built-in navigation?

Yes, with the Navigation option: voice-activated navigation with full NA224 maps for the USA and Canada.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping is free in the US. Orders ship from our US or Hong Kong warehouse and usually arrive in 5–10 days; peak season can add 2–5 days. Orders placed before 8 PM Pacific are processed the same day.

Will I pay import duties or customs fees?

No. We cover import duties on US orders. In rare cases the carrier may contact you to help with customs clearance.

What warranty do I get? Does it affect my Ford warranty?

You get our 1-year warranty covering all parts. Installing our parts does not by itself void your Ford factory warranty, but Ford does not cover them, so our warranty does.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in the original packaging within 30 days. Because our products are set up for your vehicle, a processing fee (usually 30% of the order) applies if a non-defective order is cancelled after it ships. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Why do you need my VIN?
