2.Q: Why choose us over cheaper sellers?

A: Many eBay sellers only sell parts, with no install support or after-sales service, and some modules sold there are modified with expanded memory chips, so they are no longer original Ford hardware. Our kits use genuine Ford modules, come pre-programmed with your VIN, and include real technical support and a 1-year warranty covering all parts. We have done Ford SYNC 3 upgrades since 2016.

3.Q:Will my old factory features be affected?

A: No. As an OEM upgrade, you keep factory features such as the OEM backup camera and climate controls (SiriusXM may be lost on 2015-2018 F-150 and 2018-2020 F-250).

4.Q:Can I still upgrade system in the future?

A: Future SYNC 4 updates can only be installed at our facility or by a Ford dealer.

5.Q:Can I add SYNC connect /FordPass to my vehicle ?

A: No, this kit does not add SYNC Connect/FordPass. If your vehicle already has it, it will keep working.

6.Q: How long is the warranty? Does it affect my Ford warranty?

A: Installing our kit does not by itself void your Ford factory warranty, but Ford does not cover the kit. We provide a 1-year warranty covering all parts.

7.Q:If my vehicle equipped manual Climate,can I upgrade to auto Climate after this upgrade?

A:No,you will still have manual climate.
