Radio replacement

Everything works as it should

I was skeptical about updating the radio in my like new 2015 Ford Fusion until I stumbled across the radio upgrade offered by Intelligent1tech. The upgrade kit is a direct replacement upgrade using all of the same connectors from the existing radio. The only accessory needing additional installation is the GPS antenna which I was able to install out of the defrost vent location onto the dashboard at the front edge of the windshield. Once the upgraded radio was booted all of the steering wheel controls, backup camera and sensors worked properly as they should be. This radio upgrade is a great addition for my car. A: Many eBay sellers only sell parts, with no install support or after-sales service, and some modules sold there are modified with expanded memory chips, so they are no longer original Ford hardware. 3.Q:Will my old factory features be affected?

A: No. As an OEM upgrade, you keep factory features such as SiriusXM radio, the OEM backup camera and climate controls.

Will this kit fit my vehicle?

How hard is the installation?

Which screen comes with the kit?

Will I keep my factory features?

Yes. You keep the backup camera, steering wheel controls, climate controls, heated/cooled seats, SiriusXM (if equipped) and future Ford SYNC updates by USB or Wi-Fi.

What can't the kit add?

It can't add SYNC Connect/FordPass, and manual climate control can't become automatic.

Does it have built-in navigation?

Yes, with the Navigation option: voice-activated navigation with full NA224 maps for the USA and Canada.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping is free in the US. Orders ship from our US or Hong Kong warehouse and usually arrive in 5–10 days; peak season can add 2–5 days. Orders placed before 8 PM Pacific are processed the same day.

Will I pay import duties or customs fees?

No. We cover import duties on US orders. In rare cases the carrier may contact you to help with customs clearance.

What warranty do I get? Does it affect my Ford warranty?

You get our 1-year warranty covering all parts. Installing our parts does not by itself void your Ford factory warranty, but Ford does not cover them, so our warranty does.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in the original packaging within 30 days. Because our products are set up for your vehicle, a processing fee (usually 30% of the order) applies if a non-defective order is cancelled after it ships. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
