A:This tool is for spare using for online programming,if you have changed or added some features from factory like change tire size,this can be used to correct the code.An 4'' to 8'' SYNC conversion have to use this to setup Bluetooth audio after installation.Also it can use for your future upgrades like LCD cluster upgrade,power folder mirror and error clearance etc.

Very happy with the finished product! NOT your average DIY project on Escape models. This is an Installer/ Technician level job. All parts, electrical & structural, are included with this package. First of all, the customer service is incredible from this company. The process of installing this system was very difficult. It’s easy to be a beginner and install the system into an explorer or an F150, but the escape’s system requires much more effort. This process ended up taking a couple of days, with a lot of trial and error, as well as some custom pieces made so that the system would sit in the car properly. This system will require some expertise that the others don’t, but the product works incredibly well. I hope this helps!
I can’t say enough about their service & support! William went above & beyond to help on a car that they hadn’t sold a system for yet, as it had a few minor differences with mounting issues.
