Wow What a difference!!!!

Didn't think it would make THAT big of a difference. BUT boy was I wrong! I love the upgrade. Will do this to my other trucks that don't have them installed already. Wis I would have done this sooner! Arrived supper fast and relatively easy to install! AND.... The compliments on the unit are awesome.

Do I need a wireless CarPlay dongle?

No. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are built into SYNC 4.

Will this screen fit my truck?

It fits the models and years on this page with the factory 8" SYNC 4 screen. Have SYNC 3 (2015–2020)? See our SYNC 3 to SYNC 4 upgrades.

How hard is the installation?

Moderate, about 1–2 hours. It's pre-programmed (enter your VIN at checkout) and plug & play. Prefer a pro? Send us your ZIP code and we'll suggest an installer near you.

What's in the kit?

An OEM SYNC 4 12" touchscreen, screen bezel, mount bracket and climate control bezel, adaptive wiring, LVDS and programming harnesses, and a pry tool kit.

Will I have built-in navigation?

Your factory APIM is kept. Built-in navigation needs the 12" APIM with navigation: it's an option on most kits and already included on the 2023–2026 F-250/F-350/F-450 kit. A navigation subscription is not included.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping is free in the US. Orders ship from our US or Hong Kong warehouse and usually arrive in 5–10 days; peak season can add 2–5 days. Orders placed before 8 PM Pacific are processed the same day.

Will I pay import duties or customs fees?

No. We cover import duties on US orders. In rare cases the carrier may contact you to help with customs clearance.

What warranty do I get? Does it affect my Ford warranty?

You get our 1-year warranty covering all parts. Installing our parts does not by itself void your Ford factory warranty, but Ford does not cover them, so our warranty does.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in the original packaging within 30 days. Because our products are set up for your vehicle, a processing fee (usually 30% of the order) applies if a non-defective order is cancelled after it ships. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Why do you need my VIN?
