A:This tool is for spare using for online programming,if you have changed or added some features from factory like change tire size,this can be used to correct the code.An 4'' to 8'' SYNC conversion have to use this to setup Bluetooth audio after installation.Also it can use for your future upgrades like LCD cluster upgrade,power folder mirror and error clearance etc.

This new screen makes it feel like I have a new truck! everything works great, even the wireless care play! Installation was super easy and took less than an hour. the Only thing you will miss is the zoom feature for the backup camera. I loved that feature because I tow a boat and a camper. The 4" screen made the zoom to the hitch a must needed feature! I have not tried towing without the zoom feature with the 8.4" screen but it would be very cool If that feature was retained! Great product and worth the investment either way with wireless carplay!
I was able to install this upgrade myself no problem. The screen is an amazing upgrade. I had the 4” screen and the backup camera was useless. Now I can hookup a trailer by myself no problem. I did mess up on FORScan once, but technical support was quick and gave all the right answers. Would totally recommend. Turned my 2016 XLT truck into a new one.
Install was simple. A few 7mm screws. Took maybe 20 minutes. They included a ForScan plug just in case of programming but I didn’t need it. Drove around for a few minutes to get the GPS to get my signal and now it’s perfect. 10/10 would recommend. So much difference between the factory XL 4” screen and this new 8” factory unit. 2020 F150 XL
Was never notified needed in person signature so being i work during the day was not home. UPS said sign here we will leave in your package tomorrow The next day came and UPS took the signature than wrote in person signature. So he took my signature and my package and left. Very poor service this was on a Friday so of course its not there for the weekend i need it. I went to the main UPS terminal they scanned the bar code and said sorry dont know where truck even is.. i deciided to make and account.. 3 hours to get access. The package contents im unsure of because its marked not for the truck i ordered but think it might work anyways
They even included some of the tools. The instructions covered things I never would have thought of myself. Tech support is very fast to respond.
