The secondary USB hub located in the center console/arm rest in some rare cases may not allow Carplay function. To use Carplay, it is recommended to always use the USB media hub located on the dash behind the 'Media' cover.
Those who upgrade to the UAQ system will not currently be able to subscribe to the Sirius Guardian® feature. This is only available for vehicles factory equipped with the UAQ.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping is free in the US. Orders ship from our US or Hong Kong warehouse and usually arrive in 5–10 days; peak season can add 2–5 days. Orders placed before 8 PM Pacific are processed the same day.

Will I pay import duties or customs fees?

No. We cover import duties on US orders. In rare cases the carrier may contact you to help with customs clearance.

What warranty do I get? Does it affect my Ford warranty?

You get our 1-year warranty covering all parts. Installing our parts does not by itself void your Ford factory warranty, but Ford does not cover them, so our warranty does.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in the original packaging within 30 days. Because our products are set up for your vehicle, a processing fee (usually 30% of the order) applies if a non-defective order is cancelled after it ships. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
