I'm still "learning" my new SYNC 3 set-up, but definitely do not regret upgrading. The installation went perfectly and the shop that did the work, was very impressed with the new system. I was informed that it was a top-notch package. What they estimated was going to be a 2 hour job, was done in 40 minutes, basically plug and play installation. My only issue (which really isn't an "issue"!) is that my Android Auto app only works when connected by USB. I realize the reason for that small glitch is a result of the age of my vehicle ( 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium) and therefore it is not set-up for that wireless technology. Overall, I am very happy with my new system. I appreciate the swift arrival of my upgrade and would recommend this vendor. I cannot speak to customer service because it wasn't necessary to reach out for assistance. The price point beat out others I researched by almost one half! Thank you for your fine service and excellent product.

My son has a 2016 Ford Fusion and I wanted to upgrade his radio from the Sync 2 to the Sync 3. I was a little skeptical because Intelligent1tech blew everyone away in price and I noticed it was being shipped from China. I contacted them via email and they were very responsive and reassuring. I received my package in 11 days from the time I placed my order which was very fast. Everything included looked like OEM parts and it was packaged very neatly. I did use YouTube for the install because I’d rather watch a video for step by step instructions. The radio already had the mounting brackets installed which was nice. I got everything tore apart, installed the radio and GPS, and put back together. I fired it up and it started flawlessly with the Ford logo. The system was preprogrammed for me so I didn’t have anything to do. The radio has worked perfectly and a definite must have for anyone with a Sync 2 radio. I would definitely order from Intelligent1tech again and I highly recommend them. Thank you for a great system at an unbeatable price!

I was a little nervous ordering from here as I don’t know anyone who has suggested this site for the Sync 3 retrofit but the unit and everything that I got here was perfect! It was packed really really well and came with every part needed. It’s also the only one I’ve found that uses a genuine Ford GPS antenna. It came programmed perfectly to my 2015 Fusion Titanium. I recommend you go and take a drive after installing it just so that the GPS can lock in on your location for the nav as after I installed it, it thought I was in Dearborn Michigan until I drove around a few minutes. Sync 3.4 is light years faster than Sync 2 it’s insane! I swear it also made my already great sounding factory Sony system sound even better. I highly recommend intelligent1tech for a Sync upgrade!!

I do not usually review. However, I felt compelled to write this one. First, I was a little skeptical over the seller. I know other reputable sellers have a long history and have established their brand. That said, intelligent1tech is on its way up the ladder. Price was half the price of the other reputable sellers, but I chose to bite the bullet and try it out (I hit a couple of deals so I got it at a great price). Now for the meat of the review. Product is quality and all OEM parts. Unlike the other sellers, intelligent1tech included an OEM antenna. I have a Ford Fusion and this was fantastic as there is a sweet spot under the dash that the antenna fits without having to drill or use an adhesive to hold in place. That was a plus. The seller requested my VIN and it was received programmed exactly for my vehicle with all available options. Another plus, they also included a wide variety of dash removal tools! Finally, the only issue I have is that there were no instructions included. There was a paper that indicated a USB drive was included as part of the package that included the instructions. I am assuming this was accidentally left out and intelligent1tech would have e-mailed me the instructions if I would have requested it. However, there was no need for that. I did my research ahead of time and knew exactly what I was doing. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of this upgrade.

SYNC 3 is daylight and dark from MyFord Touch. I have reviewed several forums and reviews where individuals have boasted about the SYNC 3 upgrade. These individuals are spot on. I have used MyFord Touch for six years and just learned to live with it. Yet when I upgrade, I immediately fell in love with my vehicle...CarPlay is AWESOME.

Ford should be ashamed for not offering a similar official upgrade to SYNC 3. MyFord Touch is an embarrassment. Thankfully, there are those out there who are providing this upgrade....especially those like intelligent1tech who are competitive in price! Thank you guys!

I installed this SYNC 3 upgrade in my 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium about 6 weeks ago. I am no expert when it comes to upgrading/customizing/replacing equipment in vehicles, but it only took me about an hour and a half to install. All I did was watch a video about how to remove the trim, and the rest is essentially plug-and-play. Since, it has worked as intended and I have no complaints. My recommendation for the antenna is to weasel it through behind the dash so it comes out underneath the glovebox. Then just stick the antenna in the glovebox. The GPS has worked just fine, and that saved me a lot of hassle of removing anything unnecessary, just to hide that antenna. With the extra wire tucked in the dash and the antenna in the glovebox, it is not even noticeable.
