A:This tool is for spare using for online programming,if you have changed or added some features from factory like change tire size,this can be used to correct the code.An 4'' to 8'' SYNC conversion have to use this to setup Bluetooth audio after installation.Also it can use for your future upgrades like LCD cluster upgrade,power folder mirror and error clearance etc.

Old sync 2 - 8 inch screen went black. Replaced it with this sync 2 to sync 3 with car play. Works and feels like a new car. Fits perfectly and was easy to install. Just screws and plugs, no splicing. Came preprogrammed and works as advertised.
When I first bought this, I was having to reset it all the time. I contacted customer support and I’ll tell you, they definitely will do everything they can to make sure your purchase is operating like it’s supposed to. They gave me Sync 3.4 to fix my problem and it’s been operating flawlessly ever since. After the upgrade, I was able to upgrade the USB module to the USC C module and it works like a charm (can be found on Amazon). Buy from this company, it’s legit and they’re customer service is top notch and they stand by their product!!!!
The conversion kit contained everything I needed for the installation. Only took about 25 mins. It’s so nice to have an up to date entertainment system again.
Installation was easy, took about 45 minutes and it works perfectly.
