Honestly… pleasantly surprised. Not a scam

Took a huge chance on this purchase. I read all of the reviews and caught an excellent deal on Black Friday. The reviews are great, and I actually had a great experience. It got shipped from overseas (I think China?), and all the while the company kept great contact. The shipment arrived on time, with all of the necessary pieces. I will say, the only complaint I have is that their install instructions are not for the average person. You can very easily find an install video from another supplier on YouTube to walk you through the process.

But yeah, simple and effective upgrade from Sync 2 to Sync 3 in a 2011 Ford Edge. It works beautifully.

Spot On with Attention to Detail

The upgrade arrived on time. It was comprehensive, including a USB backup. The tools needed to remove the panel, with all plugs Keyed ready to plug and play.

I tried another off the shelf solution but found our CD player had to be removed. And the backup camera interface didn’t have a light controller so at night it was useless.
Now everything is back to OEM and working better than ever. We especially enjoy the 2023 HD quality touchscreen.

This was so such a great product and plug and play. The product was as it's described and installed easily. When powered it on after the install I couldn't believe the differences between touch sync and sync 3 and everything was pre loaded and works great.. Thanks so much!!
